SWS IRL: Juan from Argentina

Hello clannies,

My name is Juan Ignacio Sobstyl. I’m Bone Breaker / Mercenary Murderer in RO. I’m 17 years old and I live in Argentina in a city called Quilmes. Here in Quilmes we have a beer factory that makes the most famous beer in the country. There’s a football stadium too, parks, and a lot of other things.

I play the drums, the guitar (not so good) and sing in a band that a friend made just to spend some time and have fun; we play in his house or in a studio. This is me in the studio.

I write the lyrics and make the guitar rhythms. Here one of my songs, it’s called "Me and My sickness":

I saw myself in the street

I always wanted to play an instrument when I was a kid, but I couldn't do it before because I had no money to pay a teacher and couldn't buy an instrument either. My dad left me when I was 8 years old and it was very difficult to move on at that age. I was left with a permanent sick called Vitiligo which makes white spots on the skin.

I started working in my house when my dad left me, doing housework and it kept getting harder these last few years. Plumbing and electric circuits were a problem that I wasn't taught in school and there was nobody to teach me either, so I keep doing many projects to figure it out. I work with steel, wood, electricity and many machines.

I got a job in 2011 as woodworker and I learned a lot and earned good money. My boss plays guitar and many instruments too, so he taught me a little in my free time.

I want to get a job and travel to Europe, it’s my dream and I want to make it real; maybe meet some of you and spend time together, who knows? xD

I started playing Regnum in 2009 when the game appeared in a newspaper and my mum told me about it, so I download it and start playing . My first realm was Alsius, but I moved Ignis because I liked their races. I made my first character and played for a few months but left because school was hard and I needed to focus on it. When I came back, the things had changed a lot (Ignis at Ra server).

My friends didn't remember me and I was alone again, I moved to Alsius again looking for a new adventure. I found very good friends from all parts of the world and even from my country too. I was very happy there and one day a friend told me about a new server called Raven and that many people from South America played there; I decided to move again.

I started playing in Syrtis Raven in 2011-2012 with my Ra friends. It was a very good place to grind; I started as fast I could and met many new people. I grinded my barb to level 60 in 6 days. Below some pictures.

My old clan ***EXILIADOS*** was the best Latin clan in Syrtis. It was deleted and rebuilt many times and a lot of people left the game when the server merged. I was the last leader of it and I decided fusing the clan with another one was a good idea; that's when I found SWS. We feel at home now. I love this clan and I will do all I can to help the people.
